After you purchase your extensions, your payment should be processed In 2-3 days. If you purchase on a Friday, it will be processed that Wednesday.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

After your payment is processed, you will receive an email notifying you of the beginning of production. The production of your extensions will take 13 days.
Shipping timeline

you have the hair, now what?
Once production has been complete, you will be provided with your tracking number. Shipping takes 3-4 days.

Do you provide refunds or exchanges?

Once a purchase has been made there are no refunds unless it’s requested within the first 24 hours of a purchase.
Exchanges are not available.
After your extensions leave our care, we have no control of the shipping process.
If there are shipping delays, Bold Hair Co., absorbs no responsibility.
After you receive the hair, we would love your feedback! Photos and videos of your transformation, or just the extensions outside of the packaging with your honest opinion would mean the world to us!
